Refund policy

We accept refund requests within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a refund:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-refundable items:
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse

Once your refund request is approved:
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
